I don't have a Samsung phone, so my only hope is to use AD. I tried two different computers, and ran into the same problem.
I don't consider myself a computer hardware expert at all, but I am a dev, and I can say with 100% certainty that that is not the problem. One of Samsung's "customer service" people told me that I needed to restart my computer before installing to "refreshes (sic) computer's internal circuits." LOL. Has anyone else run into problems when trying to install Action Director on Windows? I'm on Win 64-bit with DirectX 12, and the AD installer keeps aborting and saying I need to install DirectX 11 or above.
